Segovia Coffee Co. is a direct importer of green and roasted coffee from Nicaragua, committed to bringing the best of our land and coffee culture to Canada. Our coffee comes exclusively from Finca La Consuelo, located in the Matagalpa-Segovia corridor, a region known as the “Pearl of the North” for its eternal spring climate and rich, fertile volcanic soils. These unique conditions produce 100% Arabica beans of exceptional quality, with a balanced, sweet and smooth flavor profile that includes notes of hazelnut, clove, cherry and chocolate.
Our story began more than 35 years ago, when we emigrated from Nicaragua, leaving behind friends, family and the incomparable taste of our coffee. In 2015, driven by a passion for our roots and the support of family and friends with experience in the coffee industry, we began importing green coffee to Canada, in close collaboration with Uriel Zeas, one of Nicaragua’s most successful producers.
Each Segovia Coffee bean is a gift from the Nicaraguan land, ethically grown with sustainable practices that respect the environment. More than coffee, we share the history, effort and pride of a humble, hardworking and culturally rich nation.

WHOLESALE AND COMMERCIAL At Segovia Coffee Co. provides technical support to coffee shop owners and coffee roasters in the GTA area. Our retail store serves as a place for potential partners to try our coffees in different brewing methods, including brew and espresso, ensuring they find the ideal profile for their business.
