Sentir Venezuela – Dance Group, a non-profit organization whose main objective is to express, promote and encourage interest in Venezuelan culture and traditions in Canada through dance.

Founded on August 6, 2014 by Carla Soto, Dayris Rodriguez and Francis Gotopo Roque, Sentir Venezuela has become a reference for the Venezuelan community in Toronto. Here are more details about this exciting group:

Our mission is to express, promote and transmit the interest for Venezuelan customs and traditions in Canada through our folkloric dances. Sentir Venezuela is a cultural bridge that connects Venezuelans with their roots and allows us to share the beauty of our artistic heritage with the Canadian community.

Through Venezuelan folkloric dance, Sentir Venezuela seeks to keep alive the flame of our traditions, integrating the Venezuelan-Canadian community to actively participate in the preservation of our roots.
