This makes it a single-origin coffee, cultivated sustainably. Therefore, our coffee doesn’t have a strong flavor, but rather a sweet, smooth taste with citrus notes. Its medium-dark roast preserves its nutritional properties. With a score of 87/100 SCA, it is classified as a premium specialty coffee.
