The aluCine Latin American Film Festival, active since 2000, is Canada's oldest Latin American film festival. Throughout its 24 years, it has served as an essential platform for Latin American filmmakers, promoting cultural exchange and community involvement. This year, from October 16-19, it will be held at Toronto's Spadina Theater, with a special theme: “Latino Cinema and Latin Food”. In addition to screenings, it will include workshops and events exploring Latin American food culture.
